Islamabad, Aug 29, IRNA – Foreign Minister of Pakistan Khawaja Muhammad Asif says that the whole nation is united against the statement given by US President Donald Trump about South Asian country.

He said this while speaking in a meeting of Senate Special Committee convened to discuss the US president’s recent statement in which he accused Pakistan of harboring terrorists.
The committee met here at the Parliament House with Senate Chairman Mian Raza Rabbani in the Chair.
Asif said Islambad had suspended talks and bilateral visits with the United States as a mark of protest over the recent anti-Pakistan diatribe by Trump.
US Acting Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs and Acting Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Alice Wells was scheduled to arrive here on Tuesday, while the Pakistani foreign minister was to travel to the US last week under the previous schedule.
