Iranian scientist granted highest award of Sweden Science Academy

Tehran, Jan 30, IRNA – Mohsen Esmaili, an Iranian scientist, due to his spectacular scientific achievements in elements engineering gained Sweden Science Academy's highest award.

The Presidential Office Fund to Support the Iranian Researchers and Technicians reported the news on Sunday, announcing that Esmaili's research was on nano particles and the characteristics of light alloys, such as magnesium and aluminum alloys, as well as the material matrix composites (MMCs), which are used in various engineering fields.
The result of the Iranian scientist's research indicates that the resistance of reinforced magnesium is four times greater than its regular untreated type.
This great achievement can lead to a great stride in decreasing the gases due to combustion, which mainly include the fate of CO2 gas.
