Kyrgyz president voices hope for boost of ties in post-sanctions era

Tehran, Jan 25, IRNA – Implementation of nuclear deal between Iran and P5+1 can pave the way for execution of bilateral agreements in post-sanctions era, Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev said.

In a message released on Monday, Atambayev congratulated implementation of nuclear deal and removal of Iran's sanctions.

Implemnation of JCPOA will open a new chapter in Iran's development and can help resolution of regional peace and stability, he added.

Kyrgyz president voiced hope for expansion of bilateral economic and trade ties between Tehran and Bishkek in the post-sanction era.

He concluded his message by wishing prosper and peace for the Iranian nation.

On Saturday (Jan 16), Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini read out a joint statement in the Austrian capital, Vienna, announcing that the JCPOA had come into force.

According to the statement, all nuclear-related sanctions imposed on Iran by the European Union, the UN Security Council and the US are lifted.
