Tehran, Jan 5, IRNA – Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade and head of Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) Valiollah Afkhamirad said on Tuesday that Iranian and Iraqis officials have decided to augment trade and economic ties.

He made the remarks in a meeting with Director of Baghdad Exhibition Mohammad Jassem Ameri.
The Dy Minister underlined that Iran is ready to invest in Iraq to develop economic relations and that currently many Iranian companies are active in Iraq.
He called on Iraqi businessmen to pay attention to standard seal on Iranian goods and do not buy Iranian merchandizes without the standard seal.
He said that Baghdad Exhibition Company is a public sector and has desire to provide a wide range of its needs from Iran.
