156 Palestinians shot by Zionist forces in West Bank, Gaza

Tehran, Nov 21, IRNA – At least 156 Palestinians were shot and injured by the Zionist regime forces during clashes in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip on Friday, the Palestinian ministry of health said.

It said 69 Palestinians were injured with live fire in the West Bank, with 29 shot in the Ramallah area, two in Bethlehem, and three in Qalqiliya.
The Red Crescent told Ma’an news agency earlier in the day that 12 Palestinians were shot with live fire in their lower extremities in Hebron, and that 210 were treated for tear gas inhalation.
A further 54 Palestinians were shot with rubber-coated steel bullets during clashes across the occupied area, and one demonstrator was severely beaten, according to the ministry.
Clashes broke out in the Ras al-Jura area of northern Hebron, with medics treating the injured in the street.
Israeli soldiers used three Palestinian cars as cover from Palestinian youths throwing rocks while the passengers were still in their vehicles, witnesses said. The passengers were only allowed to leave their cars after several hours.
In Gaza, 33 Palestinians were shot with live fire as clashes broke out in the central and eastern Gaza Strip.
In southern Gaza, Israeli forces fired at Palestinian youths east of Khan Younis.
At least two of the injuries from live fire in Gaza were reported as critical, the Red Crescent said.
At least 31 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces during clashes since the beginning of last month, or later died from injuries.
Over 9,000 Palestinians have been injured during the same time period in occupied Palestinian territory, according to documentation by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
