As the biggest textile industry in the Middle East, the exhibition is to feature the latest achievements in the field by 340 Iranian and foreign companies from 10 countries.
Some 162 Iranian companies and 178 firms from South Korea, Spain, Italy, UAE, Turkey, India, China, Taiwan, Germany and Pakistan will take part in the upcoming event.
The number of foreign companies participating in the event has increased by 15 percent compared to the figure for the previous edition.
All types of textile equipment and industries including textile machinery, embroidery and sewing machines, all types of home textiles such as blanket, fabric curtains, sheets, towels, cushions, types of threads and fibers and types of clothes will go on display.
Holding 15 scientific workshops and two specialized seminars are among side programs of the exhibition.
Main objectives of the event include introducing domestic companies, institutes and organizations' capabilities and achievements, finding new markets for exports and promoting exports, presenting potentials of the Iranian textile industries, forging new commercial communications and getting acquainted with global successful models in the textile industry and attracting foreign investment in line with generating new jobs.

Tehran, August 8, IRNA – The 21st International Exhibition of Textile Machinery, Raw Materials, Home Textiles, Embroidery Machines and Textile Products will be held in Tehran International Permanent Fairground on September 4-7.
