The expo, underway in the center’s Fine Arts Museum, is house to photos taken from Tehran’s most attractive region Shemiran.
The event is held in different sections inducing Shemiran in time according to pictures, old documents of Shemiran alongside films, the region’s architecture in terms of tourism as well as artistic works and the region’s natural attractions.
The expo will be open till Nov. 28.
The cultural and Historical Complex of Saadabad is located in the North of Tehran and covers an area of around 110 hectares.
During the Qajar dynasty from 1794 to 1925, this area was used as the summer palace of the royal family and after the coup of 1921 by Reza Pahlavi it became the summer residence of the ruling monarchs of the time. After the victory of Islamic revolution in 1979 it was turned into a museum
