The Iranian Olympics gold medalist expressed regret that the promised ceremony for commemorating the champions has been delayed for such a long period of time, arguing, 'That is bad news for us, and I hope that commemoration ceremony will be held sooner, because in our sport's field we do not have a strong league to support the athletes financially.
The Iranian sports minister has said that the sports athletes delayed awards will be granted to them in a ceremony next week, although some of them, like Behdad will be away from Iran, competing in the 2014 Incheon Asian Games.
