Iran's judicial delegation arrives in Lebanon

Beirut, Jan 15, IRNA - Iran's judicial delegation arrived in Lebanon on Wednesday to probe the terrorist bombing against Iran's Embassy in Beirut which killed 25 people including Iranian cultural attache' Ibrahim Ansari.

Iran's Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi welcomed the Iranian delegation at Beirut international airport.

The Iranian team will confer with a number of Lebanese officials on issues of mutual interests along with regional developments.

The Islamic Republic of Iran deplored the terrorist attack and promised to hold inquiry about the terror.

Saudi terrorist, Majid al-Majid, whose group claimed responsibility for the attack died under arrest. He was the leader of Abdullah Azzam brigade, an affiliate to al-Qaeda.
