Saudi FM to arrive in Islamabad on Monday

Islamabad, Jan 2, IRNA -- Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal will arrive in Islamabad on a two day official visit on Monday, state media reported on Thursday.

During his stay he will hold in-depth talks with Pakistan leadership including Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain.

He will discuss ways to further expand Pak-Saudi ties and enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields, Radio Pakistan reported.

Besides bilateral matters‚ Saudi Foreign Minister will also discuss Afghan and regional situation including post-foreign troops withdrawal from that country.

It is also expected that both the sides will review the suspended Taliban-US dialogue process for Afghan reconciliation.
