Pakistan, India exchange lists of nuclear installations

Islamabad, Jan 2, IRNA - Pakistan and India have exchanged list of their nuclear installations based on an agreement, the Foreign Ministry said.

Under the agreement‚ both countries are bound to exchange their lists of nuclear installations on January 1.

The agreement was signed between the two countries in 1988.

Meanwhile‚ Pakistan and India have also exchanged the lists of prisoners under the Consular Access Agreement signed by the two sides.

According to Foreign Office‚ Pakistan has handed over a list of 281 Indian Prisoners while receiving the list of 396 Pakistani prisoners held in Indian jails.

Out of the total Pakistani prisoners‚ 257 are civilians and the rest are fishermen, while 232 Indian fishermen and 49 civilians are held in Pakistani jails.
