NAM Leaders in their Summit meeting in Tehran last September called for restructuring United Nations Security Council.
They said in their statement that the Security Council is the defunct relic of the World War II, lacking legitimacy to govern the international community, citing the unfair veto rights certain governments enjoy to serve their own interests.
