Iranian animation shown at Italian festival

Tehran, July 22, IRNA - Iranian animation ‘Mystery of That Tree’ has been screened at the 2014 Euganea Festival in Italy.

Directed by Mo’in Samadi, the four-minute animation has been produced by the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA).

The animation participated in the competition section of the event.

Other works submitted by IIDCYA to the festival include: ‘A Fox That Followed the Sound’, ‘Fish Money’, ‘Kitten’, ‘Why This Telephone Does Not Ring?’ and ‘Night Song’.

The 2014 Euganea Festival in Italy was held from June 27 to July 20 in a variety of sections such as short film, documentary, short animation competition as well as a non-competition section.
