Health Minister urges Muslim states to dispatch relief aids to Gazans

Tehran, July 21, IRNA - Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi, in separate letters to his counterparts from Islamic countries, said all international organizations and Muslim states shoulder great responsibility to dispatch medical supplies to the oppressed people of Palestine.

Qazizadeh Hashemi also warned against catastrophic situation in the Gaza Strip due to shortage of basic healthcare and medical facilities.

He said the Iranian physicians and medical teams are fully prepared to provide medical services to defebseless Gazans.

Since July 8, Israeli strikes have claimed the lives of 501 with more than 3,500 others injured.
