Over $2b worth of goods exported via Hormuzgan in 3 months

Bandar Abbas, Hormuzgan prov, July 2, IRNA - The Islamic Republic of Iran has exported some eight million tons of non-oil commodities, worth over two billion dollars, in the first quarter of current Iranian calendar year (started March 21) via this southern province, it was announced here on Wednesday.

Talking to IRNA, the Observer of Hormuzgan Customs Office Abbas Alidadi said that the goods were mainly exported to UAE, China, India, Turkey and Sri Lanka.

He added that over one million tons of commodities, worth over four billion dollars, have been transited via Hormuzgan province during the period.
