Tehran, March 19, IRNA – Abbasali Mansouri, a senior Iranian lawmaker, on Wednesday called for all-out support for the country's nuclear negotiating team with the West.

Mansouri who is a member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission urged all political parties to avoid making remarks which might weaken the negotiating team.

Speaking to IRNA, Mansouri said the ongoing round of nuclear negotiations with the six nations is much more technical and complicated than the previous rounds.

He said the negotiating team should make use of experienced advisors, warning against inclusion of ambiguous terms in any deal with the West which could be misinterpreted.

Experts and media persons at home should note that the negotiating team is in need of all-out support, Mansouri said, adding, they should avoid any remarks that could undermine the team.

He said that strategic issues need intimacy and are not proper matters for political conflicts.

He called on all political parties to take national interests into consideration.
