Iran foreign relations not confined to diplomatic area, official

Tehran, Jan 30, IRNA -- Head of the Presidential Office Mohammad Nahavandian said Thursday that Iran's constructive interaction with the world is not restricted to the diplomatic issues but also includes economic fields.

Addressing an economic gathering in Tehran, Nahavandian said Iran should have an increasing presence in the scene of the international relations.

"Iran must shine at the center of the international relations," said the official.

He noted, "To maintain a degnified presence we need to talk even with those whose views and interests differ from ours and thus prove our power of logic in the negotiations."
