Important clues to be disclosed on embassy blast in Beirut, official

Tehran, Jan 22, IRNA – Iran's Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi said fresh clues are to be disclosed soon about the terrorist blast in front of Iran's Embassy building in Beirut.

Talking to IRNA, he pointed to the ongoing investigations on the terrorist incident and said new evidence about the agents and elements behind it based on vivid documents will be announced soon.

He said the investigations started in the very same day of the incident and the culprits were identified in less than 24 hours which is unprecedented in Lebanon.

Pointing to the recent assassination of an Iranian diplomat in Yemen, the envoy stressed that all terrorist acts in the region are originated from the Takfiri groups which are devised and guided by the Zionist regime.

Roknabadi said the activities of these Takfiri groups serve the Zionist regime since numerous victories of the resistance movement in the region means problems for the occupying regime.
