Tunisia to host Iran's cultural week

Tehran, Jan 21, IRNA – Iran's cultural week will be held in Tunisia on the threshold of Ten-Day Dawn (Fajr) which marks victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution 1979.

Iran's cultural attaché in Tunisia, Sadeq Ramazani-Golafzani made the remarks in a meeting with director-general of International Relations Department of Tunisian Culture Ministry, Faeqeh al-Awani.

He said that coordination was made to extend memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cultural cooperation and promote cultural ties as well as holding Iranian cultural week in Tunisia.

Al-Awani, for her part, announced her country's readiness to take part in Fajr celebrations, hoping that the programs will provide further opportunity for the Tunisians to get acquainted with the Iranian culture and civilization as well as the Islamic Revolution's achievements.

Diverse cultural and artistic programs, holding exhibits on calligraphy, visual arts and handicrafts, performing traditional music.

Ramazani-Golafzani said that The Islamic Revolution Photo Exhibition will be held during Iran's cultural week.
