Nuclear deal proves Iran’s sincerity towards world peace: analyst

Islamabad, Jan 21, IRNA - A Pakistani analyst on Tuesday said that Iran’s nuclear deal with 5+1 is a major development and proves sincerity of the Islamic Republic towards world peace.

Talking to IRNA, Dr. Rashid Ahmad Khan, Dean of faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at University of Sargodha said that it is very encouraging to see that Iran has started implementation of the nuclear agreement with the West.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has said implementation of the joint action plan reached between Iran and the 5+1 has started.

Dr. Rashid expressed hope that the implementation of the agreement would bring further peace and stability to the region and the whole world.

He reiterated that the Geneva deal shows that the West and the US have accepted Iran’s peaceful enrichment right.

The analyst said that according to the deal Iran’s nuclear installation will remain intact, adding that the deal has changed the world scenario.

He added that Iran has been assuring the world that its nuclear program is peaceful and that it has no intention of developing nuclear weapons.

The intellectual said that Zionist regime and the pro-Zionist lobby in the US are against Iran’s nuclear agreement and they are trying to sabotage the deal. “The deal is welcomed by the whole world”.

Iran holds a strong position in the world and the western states cannot ignore such a powerful country, he noted.
