Two security men gunned down in NW Pakistan

Islamabad, Jan 21, IRNA - Terrorists gunned down two security men in separate attacks in northwestern tribal areas of Pakistan, local media reported on Tuesday.

Sources said that some unknown armed men in a snap attack on checkpost shot dead a security man, torched the checkpost and fled away in Kurram Agency.

Similarly in of Hangu, armed persons opened fire at the Levies checkpost, killing one levies man and escaped from the scene.

Meanwhile unknown gunmen on Tuesday attacked Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) leader Maulana Zarin in Karachi's Landhi area. Zarin remained safe in the attack.
