Ambassador: IAEA confirms Iranian voluntary steps to implement nuclear deal

Tehran, Jan 20, IRNA – Iran's ambassador and permanent envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency Reza Najafi said on Monday that the IAEA confirmed Iranian voluntary steps to implement nuclear deal.

"Presenting a two-page document to the members in its briefing session, the IAEA fully confirmed that Iran has taken all voluntary steps relating to the Geneva Accord," Najafi told IRNA.

Najafi said the IAEA held a briefing session on the duties it has undertaken to monitor Iran task about Geneva accord taking effect and the Agency's logistical needs including personnel and budget.

Najafi said Tehran expects the first part of the forex assets will be available to Iran.
