Tehran, IRNA – Parliament has voted in favor of a bill allowing the exchange of convicts between the Islamic Republic and Venezuela.
The Parliament approved the agreement during an open session on Tuesday.
The agreement includes a preamble and 22 articles.
The implementation or amendment of this law must adhere to principles 77, 125, and 139 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
