Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Agriculture Minister Gholamreza Nouri Ghezeljeh has said that the agriculture sector serves as great potential for cooperation between the Islamic Republic and Tanzania.

Nouri Ghezeljeh made the comment on Saturday in Dar es Salaam where he attended a meeting of Iran-Tanzania Joint Commission.

He said that Iran is determined to expand ties with the East African country, adding that the Islamic Republic is willing to export engineering and technical services to Tanzania in exchange for importing agricultural products.

The Iranian minister further said that cultural and tourism are other sectors the two countries can have cooperation on.
