Tehran, IRNA – Israeli Minister of Culture and Sports Miki Zohar says the regime has failed against Iran as well as Palestinian and Lebanese resistance movements Hamas and Hezbollah.

“It failed against Hamas and we got the 7th of October, it failed against Hezbollah which attacks us continuously and led to the evacuation of the residents of the north, and it will fail against Iran which did not hesitate to attack Israel directly,” Zohar said on Sunday, according to The Times of Israel.

He made the comments after the regime’s war cabinet said that Israel would respond to the recent Iranian attack “in the way and at the time that suits" them.

Zohar described the decision as a “weak response” to Iran, which he said is the continuation of the outdated concept of reasonable logic.

Iran launched its drone and missile attack on Israeli military targets late on Saturday (April 13) to punish the regime over its April 1 strike on the Iranian consulate in Syria.

The Islamic Republic has said the operation yielded its complete result, and it does not plan further action but warned that it would launch a much bigger operation if Israel attacked Iranian soil.
