London, IRNA – The European Union has removed Iran’s firm ArvanCloud from the list of human rights sanctions.

Following the complaint of ArvanCloud and the presentation of technical and legal documentations to the European Court of Justice, this firm has been deleted from the list of European Union restrictive measures, IRNA has reported.

ArvanCloud welcomes the decision made by the European Council and will continue pursuing its rights in international tribunals and forums, the website of the company reported.

The company was added to the sanctions list on November 14, 2022.
