Tehran, IRNA – Another massacre against Palestinian air seekers in Gaza as the Israeli regime’s military forces started shooting at people waiting for to receive food aid, leaving 19 martyrs and 23 others injured.

According to a CNN report on Saturday night, the Palestinians, who were unarmed, were waiting for wheat bags at the Kuwaiti Roundabout in Gaza City when troops began firing at them.

Those wounded were taken to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, east of Gaza City, the report added.

The Israeli military denied shooting at the civilians, saying that it was investigating the incident.

Similar tragedies have taken place in the past several weeks at the same roundabout as Israeli forces attacked Palestinian civilians whom eye witnesses said had posed no threat to the forces.

The regime unleashed its war on Gaza in early October, pounding different areas of the besieged territory in intense airstrikes.

The latest such strikes hit the southern cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah packed with more than a million refugees taking shelter from attacks in other parts of the territory.

According to Palestinian Sama news agency, the airstrikes in Rafah left at least seven people dead.

The attacks in Khan Yunis targeted areas near Nasser Hospital. That’s while the regime’s artillery hit Al Burij and Al Nuseirat refugee camps in the central Gaza Strip.
