Tehran, IRNA- The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement announced on Saturday night that its fighters succeeded in hunting down two more drones of the Zionist regime.

In a statement cited by the Al Jazeera news network, Qassam Brigades said two quadcopters of the regime were spotted while they were engaged in spy operations in the skies over Gaza.

According to the statement, the two Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) came under the control of resistance forces in the south of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City.

Just over a week ago, the group intercepted and captured Israel’s SkyLark UAV over the same region in Gaza.

Resistance groups in the region, including those operating inside Palestine as well as Yemen’s Ansarullah, Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Iraq’s Islamic Resistance have captured and downed several Israeli and American drones over the past couple of months.
