Palestinian media outlets reported on Monday that fighters of Al-Quds Brigades, Al-Aqsa Brigades, Palestinian Mujahideen Movement and Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades targeted gatherings of the Israeli forces with short-range missiles and heavy mortars overnight and early morning.
The Palestinian fighters also shelled the logistics corridor of the Israeli army in the Al-Zaytun district situated in the southwestern areas of Gaza’s Old City, and the Abu Mutaybeq district in the eastern side of central Gaza. Palestinians also destroyed the regime’s vehicles during direct military conflict.
According to the media reports, the resistance forces used guided missiles to target a building in southern Gaza, where some Israeli troops took refuge, and as a result, a number of the occupation forces were killed and injured.
The Al-Aqsa Brigades and Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades also targeted Ashkelon, Be'eri and Re'im settlements in the occupied territories.
Meanwhile, the Israeli regime’s army acknowledged the death of one of its officers and the injury of some of its forces during clashes in Khan Younis city.
