Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian has reviewed the latest regional developments during a meeting with the staff of the Iranian embassy in Beirut, Lebanon.

The meeting, which took place late on Saturday, included participation from staff members of Iran’s Embassy in Lebanon, Iran’s ambassador, and representatives from Iranian institutions in the country.

The discussions focused on bilateral relations, the issue of Palestine, and regional events.

During this meeting, the foreign minister emphasized the need to enhance economic cooperation between Tehran and Beirut, aiming to elevate it to the expected level.

He expressed confidence that this goal could be achieved through continued efforts.

Amirabdollahian left Tehran for Beirut on Saturday to hold talks with some Lebanese officials and leaders of the Resistance front in that country.
