In remarks on Sunday, Falih al-Fayyadh voiced his strong condemnation of US attacks on areas in western Iraq which led to the martyrdom of a number of PMF fighters.
Fayyadh said the US attack on Al-Qa'im and Akashat is a direct strike on the PMF, adding that the incident will not go unanswered.
He said that the PMF fighters are a source of pride for the Iraqis, adding that it is time for the occupiers to leave Iraq.
Iraqis held funerals for the martyrs of the US attacks areas in the west of the country on Sunday in the capital Baghdad.
