According to IRNA's correspondent in London, Palestinian supporters from different ethnicities and religions once again flooded the streets of the UK capital on Saturday, chanting slogans against the apartheid Israeli regime and calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The protesters emphasized that they will continue their weekly rallies as long as the massacre of innocent Palestinians continues.
The demonstrators initially gathered in front of the BBC headquarters in London, criticizing the network’s biased coverage of the Israeli war on Gaza.
They then marched towards the Prime Minister's office on 10 Downing Street.
The protesters demanded the UK stop sending military aid to the Israeli regime and called for the expulsion of its ambassador from London.
They waved Palestinian flags and held banners bearing messages such as “Stop the Occupation” and “Free Palestine.”
Some protesters wore face masks of UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and US President Joe Biden, raising their red-stained hands to indicate that their leaders had blood on their hands.
