Tehran, IRNA – Deputy Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah Resistance Movement Sheikh Naim Qassem has vowed to increase the range of missiles if the scope of war expands.

If Tel Aviv expands its attacks, we will develop the fourth stage of the range of missiles with impressive power and capabilities, Naim Qassem was quoted by Sama News Agency as saying.

Any political discussion about the southern front will be postponed until after the end of the war in Gaza, he added.

We will continue fighting the Zionist regime and helping the people, and we are ready to participate in the presidential elections if an agreement is reached, he noted.

Hezbollah has been launching attacks on targets controlled by Israel in a bid to keep up pressure on the regime to end its genocidal war on Gaza.

The Israeli army has recently targeted Lebanon border crossings.

So far, tens of thousands of Zionists have left the Lebanese border areas for fear of resistance attacks.
