Tabriz, IRNA – Top Commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami has said that the enemies are seeking to deprive Muslim nations of their rights.

The commander was speaking on Thursday as he addressed a ceremony to honor 10,000 martyrs of East Azarbaijan Province.

The ceremony took place in Tabriz, the capital of the western Iranian province.

He said that an example of the enemies’ attempts to deprive Muslims of their rights is the ongoing war against Palestinians in Gaza.

Salami stated that the enemies bomb homes in Gaza and have turned hospitals into battlefields, and see their victory in killing civilians. But they have attracted public hatred in different countries as people of various nations have expressed support for the Palestinians and vented anger at the Israeli regime, the IRGC commander added.
