Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian is to visit Lebanon, where he is expected to meet with his Lebanese counterpart Abdallah Bouhabib, to discuss the Israeli regime's war on the Gaza Strip.

Al-Mayadeen, a Lebanese satellite news television channel, made the announcement on Wednesday, without providing more details about Iran's Amirabdollahian's visit to Lebanon.

Amirabdollahian is expected to discuss issues of mutual interest and the recent developments in the region, including the Israeli regime's war on Gaza, with Lebanese authorities. 

Al-Manar, another Lebanese satellite television station, has announced that Amirabdollahian will leave Tehran for Beirut today (Wednesday).
