Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Minister of Industry, Mine, and Trade has paid a visit to two major Chinese automakers.

Abbas Aliabadi, who is on a visit to China at the head of a commercial-industrial delegation, toured two Chinese automobile manufacturers Chery and Dongfeng on Saturday.

He visited the production lines and other parts of the companies such as their research and development parts and the test drive sectors.

The minister also visited Guoxuan, a mass-producer of car batteries in Hefei city of China.

During his stay in China, the Iranian minister is also scheduled to meet with top-ranking officials of the southeastern country over different industrial and commercial issues.
