During the meeting, the Iranian and Lebanese sides discussed the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, the IRNA reported on Saturday.
Both sides also exchanged views on the current political interactions at the regional level.
The meeting was held with the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon Mojtaba Amani in attendance.
