"Khorramshahr has become a symbol of pride and resistance for Iranians, said Kanaani in a Twitter post on Wednesday, on the occasion of the Liberation of Khorramshahr, and referred to the words of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in this regard saying, "The epic of resistance and liberation of Khorramshahr is a unique event in the history of the world."
Khorramshahr epic must find its deserved position in the world, Kanaani added.
