Tehran, IRNA – Iranian striker Mehdi Taremi scored four goals for his club Porto against Famalicao in Portugal's Primeira League on Saturday night.

Taremi scored his first goal from the penalty spot in the seventh minute and added another only three minutes later.

While Ivan Jaime and Santiago Colombatto scored two goals in the 33rd and 44th minutes to level the score, Taremi struck back in the 67th and 75th minutes from the penalty spot to secure a 4-2 win for Porto.

With his impressive performance, the Iranian striker passed the bar of 100 goals in the Portuguese championship, 79 with FC Porto and 21 with Rio Ave.

Porto is now second in the Primeira League table with 82 points, only one point behind leaders Benfica.
