Iran and Venezuela will define new cooperation in the field of cinema, music and theater, and other sectors in this agreement, Esmaeili said speaking to reporters on the sidelines of 34th Tehran International Book Fair on Friday.
He stressed that the agreement will be the beginning of cultural relations between the two countries.
