Iran's envoy criticizes Austrian media for inaccurate coverage on Iran

Tehran, IRNA –Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran to Austria and Slovakia, Abbas Bagherpour has criticized Austrian media for their inaccurate coverage of news about Iran.

In a tweet posted on Tuesday, Bagherpour referred to a news story covered in the Austrian media about Iran in which included pictures from anti-government protests in neighboring Iraq.

“When the Austrian media like ORF ( Österreichischer Rundfunk) and DiePressecom (Die Presse) do not differentiate between Iran and Iraq, be it intentionally or not, how could they give their audience accurate and not fabricated facts/#misinformation?!” wrote Bagherpour in his tweet.
