Murderer of two defenders of security in Mashhad arrested

Tehran, IRNA – The governor of Mashhad said on Saturday that the one who had martyred Danial Rezazadeh and Hossein Zeinalzadeh, two defenders of security in the Iranian northeastern city of Mashhad on Thursday, was arrested along with his four accomplices.

Mohsen Davari made the remarks in an interview with local media on Saturday, adding that they were planning to escape from Iran but were arrested in one of Khorasan Razavi's neighboring provinces.

He said that the murderer and his four companions were arrested with the efforts of security forces and police.

Davari said that the murderer has confessed to his crime.

According to Iranian media, Danial Rezazadeh and Hossein Zeinalzadeh, two young defenders of security, were martyred last Thursday in Mashhad.
