Qalibaf made the remarks in the session of the parliament, noting that the terrorist crime, which ended up in several death and injuries at the holy shrine of Shah Chergh in Shiraz, shows the enemies are attempting to make the country insecure, so influential figures should divide their path from the foes.
As the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution stated, decisive and intelligent measure to deal with the root cause of the calamities is necessary and the people of Iran would hopefully witness retaliatory acts in response to the crimes, he said, adding that the Zionist regime and the reactionary states in the region should be aware that they cannot hide behind Daesh and London-based anti-Iran TV networks and should be responsible for blood shed in Iran.
All those, who are thinkers and influential figures, are expected to separate themselves from the violence-seekers and criminals, the speaker said, adding that of course, terrorist crimes should not cause a situation in which people’s complaints are ignored.
However, if political groups and socio-cultural players had prevented the diversion of complaints to riots, the criminal foes could not have misused the opportunity to commit such a crime, the speaker argued.
The Islamic Republic sees complaining not only as a correct way but also as the source of progress, but the social movements should separate themselves from violence-seekers and separatists, he said.
The political system of the country is based on people’s will, so the ground for any reformation and change in line with the public interests is available, Qalibaf said, noting that a part of this shift would be the reformation of governance within the framework of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
