-- Raeisi: Iran ready to share technological achievements with D-8

President Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi said the country is ready to share its technological achievements with members of the D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation, also known as Developing-8.

Raeisi was speaking in a meeting with D-8 Secretary General Isiaka Abdulkadir Imam in Tehran.

The president said it’s Iran’s policy to expand cooperation with the regional and international organizations as well as world countries, Iran Front Page reported.

-- Iran lists US crimes to highlight human rights violations

Iran on Monday published a long list of US human rights violations at the beginning of a week it designated to raise awareness about American crimes perpetrated under the guise of defending human rights. 

Each day of the week called the “American human rights” marks one terror incident that took place against Iran in the 1980s including the US downing of an Iranian Airbus over the Persian Gulf on July 3, 1988, killing all 290 passengers on board.

-- Iran will respond to any Israeli intervention in region: Top general

Chairman of the Chiefs of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Baqeri has warned of Israel’s interventionist moves, saying the Islamic Republic will give a befitting response to any act of Israeli intervention in the West Asia region.

Baqeri made the remarks in a meeting with Pakistan’s Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Lieutenant General Nadeem Reza in Tehran on Monday, according to Press TV.

-- Iran Report: U.S. Biggest Violator of Human Rights

Iran has listed the U.S. government’s violations in an annual report on rights, including its resort to “economic terrorism,” describing the country as the “biggest violator of human rights.”
In a statement on the occasion of the American Human Rights Review and Exposure Week (June 27-July 3), Iran’s Foreign Ministry denounced the political approach and use of double standards on human rights by the United States.

-- Leader: Reason Behind Iran’s Victory Is Resistance

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Tuesdya touched on non-stop hostility of the enemies, saying the Iranian nation’s resistance and courage has always helped it emerge victorious from various predicaments.
Ayatollah Khamenei met a group of judiciary personnel and staff here on the anniversary of a terrorist bombing which killed 74 leading officials, including then chief justice Ayatollah Muhammad Beheshti in 1981.

-- Russia Vows to Continue War Until Ukraine Surrenders

Russia vowed on Tuesday its assault on Ukraine would continue until Kyiv surrenders.
And ahead of a key meeting of the NATO allies, U.S. President Joe Biden and fellow leaders pledged military aid for Kyiv and economic pain for Moscow.
But President Vladimir Putin’s Kremlin was unmoved, warning that Ukraine’s forces’ only option was to lay down their arms in the face of the Russian operation.
“The Ukrainian side can stop everything before the end of today,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

-- Beheshti, the iconic figure

June 28 marks the martyrdom anniversary of Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Beheshti, one of the great figures behind the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Little is known about him, but he was a cleric who played a key role in establishing the Islamic Republic in 1979.

Beheshti was not an ordinary cleric. That can be understood from his background. When graduated from Qom Seminary, he traveled to Europe to teach the Iranian students in West Germany. To this day, many refer to him as one of the clerics who was years ahead of his time. 

-- Study sheds light on mosque attacks in UK

New Research by two British Muslim organizations has revealed almost half of Mosques or Islamic institutions in the United Kingdom have experienced religiously motivated attacks over “the last three years”, in another sign of the rising levels of Islamophobia in the country.

-- Iran, U.S. resume indirect talks in Doha

Negotiators from Iran and the United States resumed indirect talks in Doha, Qatar, on Tuesday afternoon. The Iranian negotiating team is led by Ali Bagheri Kani and the U.S. team by Robert Malley, Joe Biden’s special envoy for Iran. Malley arrived in Doha on Monday. However, Bagheri Kani arrived on Tuesday.
