Speaking in the joint press conference with Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi in Tehran on Saturday, Maduro said that his country was determined to establish a direct flight between Tehran and Caracas from July 18.
He said that Venezuela has a unique nature and Iranian tourists are welcome to visit the country.
Maduro and Raisi signed a 20-year comprehensive cooperation document before holding the joint press conference.
Venezuela and Iran have completed a period of profound talks and understanding and are seeking to draw a clear prospect by signing a 20-year cooperation document, Maduro noted.
He said that Venezuela has left behind a period of difficulty from 2017 to 2020 and the Venezuelan people have reached good conditions by standing against imperialism.
The President noted that his country has prioritized technology development in agriculture and development of agricultural products for exporting in relationship with Iran.
