Speaking to IRNA, Alireza Moghadasi said some 17m tons of products was exported which had a 1.6% fall in weight and 3.6% growth in value compared with the same period last year.
He added that 5,181,000 tons goods worth $5,314,000,000 were imported and the figure experienced a 3% fall in weight and a 2.4% rise in value.
There are 144 customs in the Iranian cities and borders, from which 110 are customs for travelers, and the largest volume of foreign trade among these customs is for Shahid Rajaei Port Bandar Abbas Customs, Imam Khomeini Port Customs Mahshahr, Imam Khomeini Airport, Tehran Customs, Khorramshahr Customs, Amirabad Behshahr, Bushehr, Lengeh Port, Anzali Port, and Genaveh.
