Tehran, IRNA – The Iranian Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism (ADVTNGO) called on attorneys in Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands to prosecute those related to the leader ASMLA terrorist group and allow families of the victims of their terrorism attend their trial.

The ADVTNGO which represents the families of victims of terrorism in Iran has sent a letter to the attorneys of Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands, stating that Habib Chaab, the leader of the terrorist group the Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Ahwaz, who was based in Sweden before being arrested by Iran has had accomplices in those countries.

The letter has reiterated that these terrorists have committed bombing and armed robbery in Ahwaz since 2005 and have killed 274 people and injured many others.

Reminding that some of Chaab’s accomplices have been arrested in those countries and are being trialed, the letter emphasized that the philosophy of trial and the main value of courts lie in the accessibility of justice and not hearing the victims of this terrorist group in Iran will hurt human rights and global security discussions.

The ADVTNGO called on the attorneys of those countries to prepare the grounds for the families of Iranian victims to attend the trials in Denmark and the Netherlands.
