Islamabad, IRNA -- Pakistani Urdu newspaper Ummat says Iran’s demand for the development of peaceful nuclear program in JCPOA is rational which should be accepted and called upon the international community to remain vigilant against evil plots of the Zionist regime.

Ummat in its editorial comments on Thursday condemned United States-Zionist nexus to promote Iranophobia in the region and the unfortunate action of some compromising Arab rulers to cooperate with Tel Aviv in anti-Iran projects.

The editorial said Iranian officials have always warned against the negative actions of the Zionists in the region and their provocative positions against the nuclear and missile programs of the Islamic Republic, which are legitimate.

It said once again the Israeli, Emirati and Bahraini navies took part in the first joint naval exercises with a US ship, which was seen as a warning to Iran. Later Zionist forces have been ordered to be ready against Iran.

“Iran says that Zionist regime can use the IAEA installed cameras at Iran’s nuclear sites for the possible attack. It said Zionist Regime has also sought the consent of the US to attack Iran and has also given a time line in this regards,” said Ummat.

It went on to say actual reason for such aggression against Iran is its strong support for the oppressed people of Palestine and has always termed the occupation of Zionist forces on Palestinian land as illegal and against all international laws.

The paper was of the view it is the responsibility of the international community to stop Zionist regime from any military misadventure against Iran.

The paper said Iran and Pakistan are the two major Muslim countries which are not ready to recognize illegal Zionist regime at any cost and have been supporting the oppressed people of Palestine against Zionist aggression.

The Pakistani media while supporting the progress in Vienna talks urged west to remain committed to Iran nuclear deal, and condemned the provocative statements of the Zionist leaders and the Prime Minister's visit to the region.
