Tehran, IRNA - An Iranian short film named "Face" directed by Vahid Kordlou has been accepted to compete at the Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival in the United States.

The short film has been written by Mohsen Rahmani and produced by Fatemeh Rouzbahani. 

This film was displayed at the Kashish Mumbai festival in India and it has been chosen among 6,700 short movies to reach the 25th annual Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival (RIIFF).

The RIIFF is going to be held August 9-15, which is a major destination on the Festival circuit and recognized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as a Qualifying Festival in all short film categories virtually.

Soroush Taheri, Bardia Rahmati, and Shifteh Shah Zeydi are the main players of the short movie.

The story of the short film covers the life of a man of around 50 years old, who is living with two children. He makes a mistake, which causes the demolition of his family.
