Qeshm, IRNA - Asghar Besharati the cinematographer of the short film " Chal", won the Best Cinematography Award at the Buchi Film Festival in Italy.

In an interview with IRNA on Friday, Asghar Besharti said: "This film is directed, filmed and acted by me, edited and voiced by Mansour Vahdani."

He added: "The short 90 seconds of 'Chal' narrates the struggle for life and death between land and water.

"'Chal' has previously participated in three international short film festivals in Indonesia, 60 Seconds, Pakistan, and Dhaka, Bangladesh, which resulted in winning the Dhaka Bangladesh Gold Medal for the film, " Besharati said.

This Iranian cinematographer is one of the prominent photographers and filmmakers in the country who have played a valuable role in introducing the cultural, natural, and island tourism potentials of the Persian Gulf to the people of Iran and the world by photographing and making short films on environmental issues, customs, and tourism. .
